Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work for this event:

  • 15-Day Return Window: You may return items within 15 days of delivery. A return label will be provided, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Email us at customerservice@nearlynatural.com within 15 days of delivery and our team will review your request.
  • Return Requests: If you would like to return an item, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.

    • Please keep your original packaging for returns.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
